Playtira was born from a deep passion for ethical chicken farming and a desire to revolutionize sustainable agriculture in Klundert, Netherlands. Our founders, experienced Dutch farmers with roots in the local community, witnessed the shortcomings of conventional poultry production firsthand. They saw stressed animals in confined spaces and consumers craving transparency in their food sources. Inspired by the lush pastures of the Dutch countryside and a commitment to pasture-raised chicken, they established Playtira in 2015 at Lageweg 22, 4791 AV Klundert.
